HSK Atlas does not currently provide learner accounts, comments, forms or payments. Search and practice interactions run in your browser. Quiz answers and scores are not uploaded as learner records, but the analytics described below may receive page and feature-use events.

Google Analytics and Cloudflare

Google Analytics is loaded on site pages and may receive the page URL, referrer, approximate location, browser or device information and identifiers used to distinguish visits. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies. If Cloudflare Web Analytics or Zaraz is configured, Cloudflare may also process page, referrer, country, device and feature-use events such as starting or completing a quiz or reading activity. A search phrase can be included in an analytics event or in the search-page URL.

HSK Atlas uses these reports to understand aggregate site and feature usage, not to build named learner profiles. Cloudflare also processes technical request data for hosting, performance and security.

Learning progress saved in your browser

The site uses localStorage to save the selected HSK level; vocabulary marked Know, Learning or Hard; missed-word counts from quizzes; reading and lesson completion status; and the most recent activity time. Lesson text answers are not included in this saved progress. This data stays on the device and browser where it was created. It is not currently synced to an account or another device.

You can remove this local progress by clearing site data in your browser. Blocking or clearing browser storage can prevent saved study status from working or remove it.
